This is a short biography of your aweducator SiFU WONG where he shares his inspiring journey to help aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs to thrive in this challenging and fast-paced world.
The Early Years of Rock (2007)
He started his music business in the year 2007. He was an electric guitar player in the band named ‘Rawkskool’. He started three chain stores (Guitar Planet and Tetsu Music) in the Klang Valley, selling musical instruments and providing contemporary music courses where he taught the electric guitar specifically.
He introduced the ‘controck’ syllabus (contemporary to rock) where students would be able to play any song that they wanted (including shredding too). They would not need to attend any other music school after completing the syllabus.
The Kung Fu Years (2008-recent)
From 2008 to 2012, he learnt Wing Chun kung fu from four different schools in Malaysia. Then he went to Hong Kong to further his kung fu studies and came back and start his kung fu school, S.E.E.D kung fu combat systems.
The kung fu school that he started back then has been teaching Wing Chun kung fu. Recently, it added Yang Shou Gong (YSG), an internal art from the Shaolin, which caught the public’s attention across the globe when he launched YSG club during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown.
